Service Fees

Unless otherwise stated, service fees are generally non-refundable once the service process has begun.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:
- If a payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred.
- If Navira Education is unable to proceed with the service due to internal reasons.
- If a refund policy has been clearly mentioned in the signed service agreement.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If a student decides to cancel the process after the service has started.
- If the visa application is rejected by the embassy or immigration authority.
- If a university rejects the admission application.
- If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the student.
- If delays occur due to government, embassy, or university procedures.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
- Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.
Third-Party Fees
Certain payments such as:
- University application fees
- Visa fees
- Embassy charges
- Language exam fees
are paid directly to third-party institutions and are not refundable through Navira Education.

Navira Education reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
