At Navira Education, we are committed to providing professional and transparent services to students seeking international education opportunities.

As our services involve consultation, documentation, and application processing, refunds are subject to specific conditions outlined below.


Service Fees

Certain services provided by Navira Education may require payment of service or consultation fees. These fees cover professional guidance, document processing, and administrative work related to student applications.

Unless otherwise stated, service fees are generally non-refundable once the service process has begun.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • If a payment was made by mistake or duplicate payment occurred.
  • If Navira Education is unable to proceed with the service due to internal reasons.
  • If a refund policy has been clearly mentioned in the signed service agreement.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If a student decides to cancel the process after the service has started.
  • If the visa application is rejected by the embassy or immigration authority.
  • If a university rejects the admission application.
  • If incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the student.
  • If delays occur due to government, embassy, or university procedures.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through the original payment method.
  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Third-Party Fees

Certain payments such as:

  • University application fees
  • Visa fees
  • Embassy charges
  • Language exam fees

are paid directly to third-party institutions and are not refundable through Navira Education.


Changes to This Policy

Navira Education reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
